In Mayan times, ladies would have danced around the Shaman as the drink of the Gods was prepared. These brave ladies stepped in for us.
The first step is mashing/grounding the beans. Angela did NOT like this.
I thought it tasted like brownie mix.

Here, we mixed up our own hot chocolate bar. Vanilla? Honey? Hot chili? Pepper? Cinnamon?
The last tasting experience was melted chocolate. Like for dipping strawberries. So delish!
That chocolate loves amazing -- can we grow some cocoa trees here?? Sounds like the food in CR is wonderful -- eat up!
