We made it to Costa Rica! Our trip started at 6:45 am at BWI. Shortly after checking in, we boarded the Southwest plane to Costa Rica! The flight was five hours, but we had a lot of fun with out friends. Once we landed, we had to stand in two long lines, Immigration and Customs. But it was all good once we boarded the bus to take us to our hotel for the first night. Brilla Sol. We ate a delicious lunch of chicken, rice, veggies, and dessert, and after we saw many species of animals at the zoo. Did you know that Costa Rica has over 800 species of birds? At the zoo we saw animals from sloths, to monkeys, to giant rodents. After the zoo trip, we ended the day with fun in the pool! This trip has been a blast so far!
